What the calculation includes

Cleaner count times elapsed on-site hours determines labor hours. Labor burden increases base labor. Enter supplies, travel, direct costs and overhead without double-counting. A recurring discount reduces the quote and its realized profit margin. A zero selling price has an undefined margin.

Include owner labor if you perform the work. Add costs such as card processing, travel labor, taxes or rework where appropriate; the tool does not add them automatically. Review job scope and local circumstances before offering a price.
